Common Questions:

Do I need an appointment?
No, at Family First you never need an appointment, but you can pre-book your visit in advance, if you prefer, at one of our locations by clicking here.

Do I have to have to see a Provider for a test?
We offer 2 options for patients seeking Covid Testing:

1. If you have symptoms or were exposed, we recommend an evaluation by a Provider which will allow for us to provide the patient a treatment plan including proper recommendations and guidelines. This office visit is covered by most insurances

The cost to each patient varies based on the individual's healthcare policy copay, deductible, and insurance coverage. Family First will collect an individual's healthcare policy copay, deductible, or insurance coverage at the time of testing. Patients should check with their insurance companies to determine their coverage for COVID-19 testing, and if your insurance covers the test.

2. For Patients who wish to have testing only without an office visit, or for patients who need testing for travel, school, or employment, we offer Rapid PCR and Rapid Antigen testing with results in as little as 15 minutes.

What kind of Rapid testing do we offer?
We offer 2 types of Rapid testing: Antigen and PCR.

- Rapid Antigen - $20. This test provides fast results in 15 - 20 Minutes and is best for patients who have symptoms.

- Rapid PCR - $160. RT-PCR provides results in 30 minutes and is in compliance with national airline carriers. This rapid test allows a more accurate reading without a wait from the lab. This test is a self-pay and is not currently covered by insurance.

*Please note that the requirements may vary with each travel destination, and we recommend checking current travel policies in order to determine which testing is required.
